Chemical Testing and Treatment

Water Testing: Test the levels of Free Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium, Cyanuric Acid, and other elements or factors as required by Florida Department of Health 64E-9 codes, Florida Building Codes, and industry standards using the titration method for increased accuracy.
Water Adjustment (Balancing): Introduce EPA-approved, quality chemicals to bring the level of Free Chlorine to a level between 1.5ppm to 10ppm, pH to a level between 7.2 to 7.8, Total Alkalinity to a level between 80ppm and 120ppm, Calcium to a level between 200ppm and 400ppm, Cyanuric Acid to a level between 40ppm and 70ppm (not to exceed 100ppm), and other elements or factors as required by Florida Department of Health 64E-9 codes, Florida Building Codes, and industry standards using the titration method for increased accuracy.
Maintenance Logs: Complete on-site, Florida Department of Health required maintenance logs documenting test results.
Tile: Clean waterline tile
Empty Baskets: Empty pump basket traps and skimmer basket traps
Steps and Walls: Brush steps and walls
Alert management of any equipment needing repair before damage can occur.
Alert management of any Florida Department of Health or Florida Building Code inspection violations.
